Knowledgeable customers
Picomed has set up a special course room where therapists, suppliers and users can test how the technical aids work in practice. In addition to arranging courses, we can meet users individually who require guidance.
Our most important customers are Technical Aids Centres in Norway. This means that we have 18 customers to take care of, 18 demanding and knowledgeable customers and 18 exciting business partners. We often receive inquiries from them asking for more in-depth training in the technical devices available within environmental control. We can give this training on our premises or travel to visit them.
We travel around Norway giving courses about our technical devices often in co-operation with technical aid centres or the regional rehabilitation service.
In order to give our customers the best possible service we have allied ourselves with partners around the country and these partners are our representatives when dealing with the customers. Picomed ensures that the partners are updated about our products so that they can install and adjust the equipment optimally to suit each user’s needs.
