The pleasure that we get in making our customers lifes easier – keeps us going!
We believe that it is important to have contact with our users. In seven counties in Norway we have installers who visit our customers to install and adapt equipment to the individual’s needs. This direct contact means that we learn the advantages and disadvantages of the technical aids available on the market and can find out where the problems lie, which helps us think of new ways to improve our products.
Morten Koren Stoltz is one of our technicians who regularly visits our customers. He identifies each person’s needs, often in co-operation with a therapist or a representative from the Technical Aids Centres. He then installs the equipment and usually makes a return visit to check that everything is functioning as intended. Many users want to adjust speeds and settings when they have got familiar with the equipment.
“It is very rewarding and meaningful to see how our work makes peoples’ lives easier. I see many happy faces when the equipment has been installed and the user has understood how it works.” he says.
And he also returns many times to Picomed with experience and ideas to help improve equipment even more.
